RATCHET ROLLER HEADBLOCKS/ COMPOND HEAD/MOUNTS
In addition to these products, we do fabricate roller end plates and mountsfor ratchet systems and truss based ground systems. These feature the
ability to compound the m.a., as well as provide a roller to allow transitionto the working lines from vertical to horizontal. These systems are
designed based on the truss used, as well as the centerline of the otheritems truss mounted, i.e. flip flop blocks, rope clutches, gold tails, etc.
These plates are a pair, one side to mount the ratchet, and one headblock with roller (with double ball bearings) for all working lines, as well as up to
3 rock exotica 2.0 pulleys, singles or doubles. These are Custom Built to fit specific truss and centerlines, using the dimensions to tailor our design to the specific user requirement dimensions. We will need to speak with you to get certain measurements for these to be produced. They are made from aluminum, or steel, as per customer request.

TRUSS MOUNTING PLATES FOR HARDWARE
We also fabricate all mounting plates for use with flip flop blocks, rope clutches, and other hardware mounted to truss base stations. Due to the various possibilities, we make these to order from 6 series aluminum, machined to your requirements. Prices on request
PNEUMATIC RATCHET SYSTEMS
We also make full ratchet systems, based on a high flow/ low pressure theory. We use only the fastest and highest flowing valves available in the
world. They also feature timers with time delay, time out, and time on functions, as well as multiple outputs to trigger other devices being used
in the same shot. They can also be linked together, so that you can trigger multiple boxes with one button. We sell these as a modular system; trigger
box, accumulator, accumulator fill valving, hosing, istro block, and the ratchet cylinder in length desired. All products are rated to 64bar (1000lbs)
pressure. These are the strongest, quickest ratchets available using the least pressure. This allows for more performer safety. These use only the
best parts available, mounted in a Peli case. We use aluminum tie rod cylinders, as well as accumulator bottles, and accumulators are sized to
the cylinder volume required. In addition, we make cylinder rod compound heads, allowing up to 11:1 using our headblocks, as well as support rollers for the rod end of the ram.

WINCH DRUM/CONE DESCENDERS
In addition, as a full fabrication facility, we do and have made many various descenders based on the cone design; with hydraulics, or fan, and now we use hysteresis braking. They feature 3kw motors, variable speed, electric safety brakes, and straight cut gearboxes, 75mm timing belts, and pulleys, instead of chains, and Brembo disc brakes and floating rotors in redundant set up. CAPSTAN WINCHES
We also make 240 volt capstan winches, 3kw motor, with forward and reverse, as well as travel rate of 70cm a second. They have electric brakes, but should also be run with a capture device ( i.e. rope clutch) They can be made variable speed as well. These are very capable of 400k Wll lifting, as well as lowering. They can be truss mounted to the base stations, or we can help you with your idea.

TUNING FORKS
We also fabricate various Tuning fork styles, from ones with spinning rings,
to ones used with super swivel harnesses. We have made them super long
(6m), for use on green screen: or, we can make them short (2-3m) to be
used in fight type sequences. All are made from Chrom Moly steel tubing,
as well as machined aluminum billet ends. This modular system allows use
of either a ring, or a super swivel on the tuning fork. It is adjustable to
accommodate ranges of sizes. We make our tuning forks to be hung,AND/
OR ground/ base mounting. They can be made any length, are ball bearing
mounted, have a 1m diameter wheel to operate, and include
counterweight hanger, arbor mount, foot resting places and push bars.

We also make a very correct geometry flip ram, ground based. This device utilizes a trigger box, with a pressure switch, to launch performers through the air, up to 15m or more. They are NOT like the old systems with poor geometry that everyone has stories about. These are progressive and quite easy to ride, allowing a controlled performance in the air. They are made from double air cylinders with high flow ports, welded trussed chrome moly tubing, ball bearings, and mounted to an aluminum baseplate. Not quoted with a trigger box, just the ram, baseplate, and hoses to attach to your system. IF you need a trigger box, please call to discuss with us. Price available on request
